FAQs

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK? 

Choose between a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription period. You'll receive a box of 6 wines each month.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

You'll be charged for your first box on signing up and receive it within 2-3 business days. A recurring subscription fee will be charged (automatically to your credit card) on the same day each month with the same delivery time frame applying.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK? 

Your order will be sent with The Courier Guy and you'll receive a notification with tracking details once we've dispatched your order.

CAN I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes you can. Just email us here matthew@leoswinebar.com if you need to put your subscription on hold or cancel it. You can also email us if you need to change your delivery address or have other questions relating to deliveries. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY CARD DETAILS?

All subscription payments are handled by PayFast. You'll receive an email from them once you've paid for your subscription. The email will contain the details of this recurring payment with a link to update or change the card linked to the payments.
